Mario Buccellati Large Size Pair of Silver Herons

A set of life-size silver herons crafted with a technique known as ‘lavorazione a pelo’ or ‘hair-like workmanship. This technique involved infinite silver filaments of varying lengths and thicknesses being welded to portray the actual appearance of the natural coat to catch fine details such as feathers as seen on these herons.
